The main point of difference with this class is that it is run by a qualified accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) who has further studied clinical Pilates, to help with injury management and sports performance. These classes attract a higher fee due to the additional instruction provided around injuries, chronic disease management, and specific sporting goals. AEP classes are claimable through nominated private health funds.

This class aims to challenge the participant further to develop increased strength, and conditioning through more advanced exercise prescription. This class is also run by an accredited Exercise Physiologist who has extensive knowledge and training in incrementally loading the body to progressively improve performance. These classes are claimable through nominated private health funds.
